this objects within this still life arrangement are within centre left and upper left areas of rule of thirds, the main focal point is the vase on left as it draws in the viewers eyes due to implied line within the vase. the darker tones at top of the vase follow down to strong tones on right side of the image creating a line. we also have a few areas that contrast within vase such as strong tones next to the white highlights in the vase, this helps form the shape and surface of the vase and viewers will be able to indicate that has a reflective surface.
the arrangement is balanced due to the vase at bottom of the image as it helps connect the image together and brings harmony to still life. other areas of interest within image are tones on the bottom vase. we have various contrasting values within the object and strong values across object draws the viewers eyes across the vase. we get nice sense of depth its clear that objects are place in front one another and the added backdrop of wall and flooring helps to add depth.
