charcoal and white chalk

the white chalk helps to create highlights within the clothing, we can see this drape is heavy as amount of fabric on the model. on this image we can see how the fabric drapes across the knees. the charcoal and chalk are used here well to show the wrinkle and folds in fabric as it folds across the knees. however there isn't much detail in other areas of the body we see how the fabric is draped around model but no added detail such as folds or wrinkles.

we can see that in this image how the drape stretches across the legs, the charcoal and chalk are used here to show how the fabric drapes across to the knees. we can see in this image better detail in fabric as we can see on torso different tones in folds of fabric. the lighting is more strong on left side of the image as you can see the strong highlight on drapery and model, this helps give indication to a light source located at upper left side of image. we have some darker tones just under the neck this could be self shadow from fabric casting shadow onto the skin.

in this study shows that the shirt has light fabric weight as it clings to the models body, we can see with the charcoal the stronger folds in the t shirt and white chalk used to show the wrinkles within shirt. the trousers are heavy weight as they don't cling to the legs. we also has impression of denim trousers and wear and tear within them. the charcoal is used to show the darker areas of the fabric, where as the change in hue with the chalk show the worn in fabric.
